About Mynt
Mynt is an all-in-one corporate card and spend management solution, on a mission to fundamentally change business banking forever. Our digital software, coupled with corporate cards and payments infrastructure, eradicates manual administrative tasks for businesses. Experiencing huge growth in the Swedish and Finnish markets, we have recently secured substantial funding to fuel our expansion both in Sweden and internationally.
Mynt is a tech-first company with a product oriented mindset, empowering team to be their best in ideating and creating innovative solutions to complex problems. In 2021, Mynt obtained financial license as an e-money institution, card issuer, and payment processor from the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
In 2022, we announced a partnership with Fortnox, integrating corporate cards within their platform. Early in 2023, a similar card-issuing partnership was announced with Accountor Group in Finland. Additional partnerships are in progress and under development.

About the Role
We are looking for top developers who have a passion for development and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where there is a great opportunity to influence results and the company's progress. With us, you will develop in a modern codebase using the latest technologies and take on significant personal responsibility.
You will become part of an ambitious team consisting of several developers with senior backgrounds and knowledge from the scale-up, finance, and consulting industries. At Mynt, we work in agile sprints, closely together but with a high degree of freedom.
As a Senior Java developer, you will build business logic and APIs (app and web) in close collaboration with product managers for each area. We work according to agile principles, with clean code and CI/CD. Testing, TDD, and automation are a natural part of the process that ensures agility.
You will also be part of the architecture process where you get to help develop new products. You are offered the opportunity to build a new product at an exciting stage using the latest technologies, such as Java, MongoDB, MySQL, Redis, Amazon AWS, Docker, CircleCI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor/Engineering degree or equivalent
- At least 5+ years of experience in back-end development using Java
- Ability to write well-documented, clean code
- You truly enjoy finding innovative solutions together with your team
- Fluent in Swedish and English
