VP Finance- Camfil Power Systems
Overall summary
We are seeking an experienced VP Finance to join a global executive team. This position will oversee the financial strategy and operations across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. The VP Finance will work closely with the President, who is based in Montreal, and collaborate with our globally distributed management team.
The VP Finance will serve as a key partner to operations and sales teams, ensuring that financial strategies align with business objectives. Additionally, the role will work in alignment with our corporate headquarters in Stockholm - being a member of the Group Finance Forum - to ensure financial practices and strategic coordination.
What will you do
Key responsibilities include managing all financial aspects, mentoring and developing finance teams, and fostering collaboration across business entities and sister companies to ensure accurate financial management and effective strategic support.
Additionally you will:
- ensure continuous robust financial support and business driven proactive cooperation with the business.
- collaborate with the President and global management team to drive CPS’s strategic financial goals and vision across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions.
- oversee global financial operations, including business controlling, profitability analysis, reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, cashflow and budgeting for all regions.
- develop and implement financial strategies to enhance profitability and ensure compliance with international regulations.
- ensure the reliability and timeliness of financial data to support strategic decisions and operational improvements.
- manage multi-country operations, including regulatory compliance and currency management.
- build and maintain effective communication channels with sister companies to ensure accurate data flow for budgeting, financial reporting, cost variance analysis, cash flow, and forecasting.
- work closely with corporate headquarters in Stockholm to align financial practices and strategic objectives.
- oversee ERP systems, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics, to enhance financial management and reporting processes.
- guide the implementation and enhancement of financial systems to meet evolving business needs.
- in this role have IT within its responsibility.
- Maintain and develop a strong project performance analysis capability across the organization, leveraging the harmonized platform in D365.
- Oversea and develop the local finance team in Borås.

Qualifications
- We do believe you have minimum BSc within Finance or equivalent - Master's degree preferred together with minimum 5 years documented successful professional experience
- Experience in a senior financial leadership role, such as CFO or VP of Finance, with a strong background in global financial management.
- Proven experience managing multi-country financial operations, including regulatory and currency complexities.
- Strong analytical skills with a strategic approach to financial planning and reporting.
- Experience with project accounting
- English and Swedish are required on professional level.
