Your Role
As a Communications Strategist, you will play a critical role in developing, executing, and optimizing communication strategies that support our overall mission. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging is consistent, engaging, and aligned with our brand vision. From internal communications to external campaigns, your expertise will help elevate our voice and strengthen our presence in the marketplace.
This includes:
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with business objectives, brand values, and audience needs
- Collaborate with senior leadership and various teams to understand business goals and craft communication plans that support them
- Create clear and impactful messaging for both internal and external audiences
- Advise on content creation across multiple platforms (web, social media, press, events, etc.)
- Analyze communication efforts, measure effectiveness, and continuously adjust strategies based on data and feedback
- Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain cutting-edge strategies
Your profile
Do you have a proven track record as a Communications Strategist, Communications or Public Affairs Manager, or in a similar role?
Are you a strategic thinker with the ability to transform complex ideas into clear, impactful messages and communication plans?
Do you excel at writing, editing, and storytelling, with a talent for crafting compelling narratives in both Swedish and English?
Can you collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams and build strong relationships across departments?
Do you have expertise in both traditional and digital communication platforms?
Are you driven by data, with the ability to use metrics to evaluate and enhance communication strategies?
If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you. A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is a plus. Additionally, previous experience working on similar tasks in the defence industry or a related business sector is valued.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
