Full Stack Developer

Position Overview: We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who is as comfortable diving into backend Java code as they are crafting responsive front-end interfaces with Angular. You’ll be a key player in our agile team, contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle and ensuring our platform is robust, user-friendly, and future-proof.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain: Work on our cloud-based integration platform, developing new features and improving existing ones.
- End-to-End Development: Tackle everything from back-end services in Java to front-end interfaces using Angular or React.
- Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to create a seamless user experience.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and Debug: Identify and fix bugs, ensuring the platform is stable and reliable.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices, contributing ideas and improvements to the development process.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong experience in Java development, including knowledge of frameworks like Spring or Hibernate.
- Proficient in either Angular or React, with a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and understanding of microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proficient with Git or other version control systems.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Previous experience working in a small team or startup environment.
