Job Description
As Director of IT Infrastructure & Services, you will ensure seamless IT operations, security, and scalability, aligning technology with organizational goals while optimizing performance and service delivery through strategic management. Reporting to the CFO, you will play a key role in driving an efficient, high-performing IT infrastructure that supports business objectives and exceptional service by:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, and data centers.
- Optimize infrastructure performance and scalability to support organizational growth.
- Establish and maintain ITIL-based service management practices.
- Monitor, measure, and report on IT service performance and user satisfaction
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency and enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify technology solutions that address strategic objectives.
- Manage IT service and infrastructure budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Manage IT security by implementing robust cyber-security and disaster recovery plans.
