Your Role at Plussa
As our first in-house developer, you’ll take charge of everything tech at Plussa. Here’s what that looks like:
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with our founders to design and evolve Plussa’s tech stack & architecture.
- Product Development: Drive data-driven improvements, fix bugs, add new features based on user feedback, and enhance the UI.
- Backend & Deployment: Maintain a robust backend, manage app releases on the App Store and Google Play, and update our website.
- AI Integration: Improve Plussa’s AI functionality while staying ahead of rapid advances in generative AI, LLM models, data security, and data collection.
- Future-Proofing: Ensure our technology remains agile and scalable to accommodate future growth and innovation.
We’re expanding quickly, and there’s potential for you to become our CTO or tech lead. Until then, you should be ready to handle all things tech—or learn fast. What We’re Looking For
We need someone who can write clean, efficient code and build great products with:

We also integrate with external solutions like

Kaddio, and we’ll keep adding new APIs—so you should be ready to learn quickly.
