Role And Responsibilities
The Head of Digital Workplace will be actively working with business leaders and in close collaboration with CIO developing the Digital Workspace Services at a global scale. As we are on a journey of transformation and harmonizing the applications within the digital workplace framework, the contribution of the Digital Workplace's Head will be crucial to Business IT and Sinch's success.
- Develop Sinch's digital workspace with focus on harmonizing and modernizing applications.
- Build key stakeholder partnerships allowing Business IT to anticipate and support new ways of working and increased productivity
- Drive adoption of digital workspace technologies
- Leads the development, execution and communication of the Digital Workspace key results, targets, budget
- Improve the way our employees engage and collaborate with each other as well as with customers and partners
- Extend leadership, coaching and direction to the Digital Workspace team both in working with the full lifecycle of Digital Workspace solutions and on their growth journey
- Work with Enterprise Architecture, IT Security, Data Privacy and Compliance to ensure that the Enterprise IT solutions footprint is compliant and secure
- Improves IT resilience by executing strategies that improve reliability, tolerability, and disaster recovery readiness
- Develops a user experience driven cost proficient Support organization
- Lead and govern technology and services partnerships; provide guidance in product, component and partner selection as appropriate. This includes selection and evolution of Digital Workspace and collaboration solutions.
In order to contribute to this role, you have
- 10+ years of experience with implementation and evolution of digital workspace, mobility, productivity and collaboration solutions (e.g. M365 ecosystem, Endpoint Management tooling, MDM, IAM);
- Proven direct leadership experience mentoring and developing technical professionals.
- Extensive experience in full lifecycle of software development and maintenance, both in waterfall and agile delivery models.
- Experience working with Digital Workspace Infrastructure, Operations and Support.
- Proven experience working with enterprise application integration and frameworks, master data and composability.
- The ability to effectively manage mixed insourced/outsourced environments.
- Experience working with cloud enabled Digital Workspace roadmaps including understanding and usage of cloud economics.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
