Our digital software, coupled with corporate cards and payments infrastructure, eradicates manual administrative tasks relating to spending for businesses. In 2021, Mynt obtained financial license as an E-money institution, card issuer, and payment processor from the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
Since 2022, we’ve launched several strategic partnerships, starting with Fortnox where we integrated corporate cards directly into their platform. In early 2023, we announced a similar partnership with Accountor Group in Finland. Since then, additional integrations have gone live — including Kleer and Wint. Additional partnerships are in progress and under development.

About the role
As Commercial Director - Platform at Mynt, you’ll play a key role in accelerating our go-to-market strategy through strategic partnerships - identifying, establishing, and nurturing relationships with banks and financial institutions, as well as accounting and ERP providers, ensuring alignment with Mynt’s strategic objectives. Working closely with our Head of Mynt Platform Johannes and our CEO Baltsar, you’ll be a driving force in our partnership growth efforts and a core member of the Mynt Platform team.
You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment - whether you come from an international scale-up, management consultancy, or a commercial role in fintech or SaaS. You’re strategic, structured, and hands-on, with a strong track record in business development, growth, or partnerships. You know what it takes to drive strategic deals from idea to execution, and you enjoy building from the ground up.

Your main responsibilities
- Drive and develop Mynt’s partner ecosystem, with a focus on strengthening key existing partnerships — such as our collaboration with Visa — and expanding relationships with banks, accounting platforms, and ERP providers.
- Take ownership of how we work with partners — from day-to-day coordination to long-term strategy — ensuring scalable, effective processes across onboarding, co-selling, product packaging, pricing, and communication.
- Lead and improve our engagement with large strategic partners, including RFPs, partner proposals, commercial models, and joint go-to-market strategies.
- Act as an internal anchor point for all partner-related efforts: ensure visibility, alignment, and cross-functional execution between Product, Sales, and Marketing.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team on partner campaigns, ecosystem presence, and events.
- Identify and act on opportunities to improve how we structure and deliver our partner offering, including standardization and documentation.
- Monitor market trends, ecosystem shifts, and competitor moves – and translate these insights into actionable strategy.
What we're looking for
- 6+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or growth in a B2B tech or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of driving revenue and impact through partnerships.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to think both strategically and operationally.
- Analytical mindset – comfortable working with numbers, funnels, and KPIs.
- Excellent stakeholder management, both internally and externally.
- Natural leadership skills – whether or not you've had formal reports in the past.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in Swedish and English is a requirement.
