As Supply Chain Analyst at our Stockholm Head Office you will have an instrumental and generally dynamic role with focus on analytical- and reporting tasks to measure, control and improve the performance in key operational / Supply Chain processes, supporting the long-term strategic development of the Global SC function as such. In this role, you will support the Global Supply Chain organisation and occasionally other functions with Ad Hoc or recurring analytical tasks of varying complexity, and thereby provide key insights required to drive the future development and optimisation of the function itself.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Supply Chain Analyst your main contribution will be to secure quality, accuracy, efficiency and continuous improvement of key Supply Chain reporting frameworks. You will report to Supply Chain Development Manager. You will play a vital role to secure visibility of performance on key SC KPIs, support decision-making and generally improved efficiency across the global SC structure by:
- Assist the Supply Chain Development Manager with various administrative and operational tasks.
- Own the execution, validation, and delivery of recurring Supply Chain (SC) reports and KPI tracking in a clear and presentable format.
- Lead or contribute to Supply Chain projects and initiatives, including cross-functional collaborations with other departments, warehouses, and external stakeholders, as assigned by Supply Chain Manager EMEA, the SC Development Manager, or initiated independently.
- Collaborate with the centralized warehouse, local SC teams, and the SC EMEA team to identify and resolve root causes of recurring or ad hoc issues related to centralized SC processes and intercompany business logic in ERP.
- Provide support for ad hoc tasks, such as troubleshooting stock allocation issues, resolving inventory discrepancies, and addressing immediate SC concerns.

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:
- At a minimum, a bachelor´s degree in business administration, economics, engineering or similar.
- At least 1-2 year of professional experience within logistics, Supply Chain management or business controlling.
- Work experience within retail and/or the fashion industry is meriting.
- Fluency in English and Swedish is required, additional language skills are meriting.
- Experience & proficiency in relevant IT-systems within Acne Studios IT-infrastructure, i.e. ERP System (Microsoft Dynamics D365), WMS (BY Dispatcher / USP), and Business Intelligence tool (Qlikview/Qliksense).
- Developed MS Office skills; primarily Excel, Word, PowerPoint and PowerBI suite.
