Our IS/IT department is growing, and we are looking for a new team member to join our dynamic and service-minded team of nine people. TePe is an expanding global organization, and you will be an integral part of our continued development. The position reports to our IT Operations Manager and is based at our head office in Fosie, Malmö.
As our IS/IT Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting your around 500 colleagues with their technical needs, providing training, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. You will work closely with colleagues across different departments and international locations, handling a variety of technical challenges in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and coordinate the internal ServiceDesk, ensuring efficient resolution or delegation of support tickets.
- Oversee IT onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth setup and deactivation of user accounts, access rights, and equipment for new hires and departing employees.
- Provide first-line technical support on hardware, software, and IT-related issues to employees.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers and software.
- Manage and maintain the IT asset inventory (hardware and software).
- Actively identify new digital opportunities to improve efficiency and ways of working.
- Participate in various IS/IT projects, rollouts, and improvements.

- Previous experience in an IT support role.
- Knowledge of Azure, Citrix, Microsoft 365, or Windows 11.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange, and TCP/IP networking.
