Designation: Frontend Developer (Email Marketing)

Responsibilities:
- Initial focus is to assemble emails using the email authoring tool Knak (https://knak.com/) as a primary tool, this will be alongside proprietary Client tools for which training will be provided.
- Content management for Client Digital platforms ensuring alignment and coherence across brands: Digital Assets administration, API maintenance, Kaltura video upload and update
- Working with local brand and cross-functional teams in the end-to-end process of creation of emails and potentially occasional newsletters for HCPs, including simple design and email layout, internal approval, and omnichannel tagging, testing and deploying to production with Veeva Vault CRM
- Testing CLM materials on sandbox together with brand teams, as well as publishing them
- Collaborative engagement with the Global Omnichannel Delivery team, Marketing Company Stakeholders, relevant Market Innovation and Business Excellence teams and potentially Preferred Partner Suppliers on occasion
- May participate in meetings to help identify potential projects for the brand
- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding and application of all relevant policies, procedures and operational frameworks.
Experience:
- Managing and driving innovation and continuous improvement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Basic HTML/CMS
- Adobe Creative suite
- Design skills
- Experience of creating emails within Knack or similar email building tool is a key advantage
- Familiarity of working within a project management system such as Jira
- Knowledge or experience with Agile ways of working
- Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, facilitation and negotiating skills
- Solid communication skills. Swedish & English fluency in oral and written - Business
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related design or marketing discipline alternatively on the areas of computer science or information systems.
