The position of Software Engineer Lead - Digital will focus on our digital product integration with our company software. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience interacting with Google and Facebook APIs, a background leading a small team of developers, as well as experience as a full-stack web developer with the ability to see a concept and turn it into a product developing both the back-end, front-end, and database interaction. This position reports to the Senior Director of Information Systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science/management information systems or in a business relevant discipline is required
Minimum 5 years experience in PHP and SQL, primarily MySQL
Experience utilizing Google ads and Facebook APIs
Database optimization experience with large datasets
Strong front-end user interface skills including HTML5, Javascript, and CSS
Sencha ExtJS experience preferred
Familiarity with the Symfony framework is a plus
High attention to detail and experience with end-to-end testing
Written and verbal communication skills to understand user requirements and properly communicate through project development
