The Delivery PMO is responsible for performing various tasks related to managing vendor accounts, ensuring data quality and accuracy, creating and maintaining projects, generating and analysing reports, and collaborating with different teams and stakeholders within the organization.
This role is not responsible for a Programme Management Office but will be involved in
Operational Project Delivery and Project Management.
- Creation of vendor accounts in new countries and regions.
- Data housekeeping assistance for active/inactive projects.
- Update templates with regional language and in line with scaling requirements.
- Issue specific reports on late tasks/deliverables to project delivery team.
- Escalated deadlines approaching schedule risk status.
- Coordinate with Security Project Managers on project updates.
- Assist with materials procurement communications to suppliers.
- Facilitate with project close out. Verify Costs, RD's, Cx docs uploaded. Review schedules and reports and resolve gaps. Project close out on legacy tools.
- Assistance in maintaining Project equilibrium and issue reports as directed.
- Collection and administration of approved Vendor accounts to include AME/Lenel Access/Hardware.
- Proactively remediate administrative errors where identified.
- Project creation on Security Tools based on signals from E2E and handovers from Site Evaluation on incoming projects.
- High-level data management between Evaluation and Operations team. For reporting and for capturing completed milestones.
- Collecting, maintaining, and validating data to be presented to LT (Monthly report, weekly metrics call, LT calls, and new process presentations).
- Managing the IT department, ensuring integrator management is handled, supporting with report and app development, providing guidance and steps to take.
- Supporting Delivery Lead to align best practices and processes across teams.
- MSPKC Folder creation to capture all relevant documents and drawings in a secure place for each of the projects. Final check/validation at the close out phase.
- Owning and accountable for all EMEA DCPS reporting, apps, tools and SharePoint lists. Maintaining, updating, fixing errors, creating, tweaking and changing to always meet the latest needs.
- Coordinate with DCI on PO process to see how the PO process can automate.
- DCD Collaboration regarding RFS dates to capture RFS walks, align the data for minimum manual inputs.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and progressively responsible experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
- Datacenter and contract security vendor experience a plus.
